Due to confidentiality restraints on free/reduced income data, many of these events and activities require parental consent to release and share information with the programs. The Parental Consent to Share form must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian authorizing the release of their free/reduced eligibility status if you wish to benefit from the fee waivers. When you are approved for benefits, Battle Ground Public Schools will send you a confirmation letter.
