1:1 Chromebook Paperwork (grades 6-8th*)

In order to checkout the 1:1 chromebook device to your child, we need the 1:1 chromebook paperwork filled out and returned to your child’s teacher for grades 6th & 7th or turned into the school office.

*If your child is in 8th grade, and you’ve already filled out the paperwork, there is no need to redo.  We only need paperwork for 8th graders if your child is new to our BGPS district.  If you paid assurance last year, it is still good for this year.
