Job Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in employment with Battle Ground Public Schools. Our district uses FastTrack, a module of Skyward, to receive and process applications online.
Job openings through FastTrack
In order to create a FastTrack profile, you do need to apply for a position.

School Name Abbreviations list
If you are a current substitute and wish to apply for positions using the same email address that is connected to Skyward, please create your profile through Employee Access. Please note, however, that substitutes are not considered district employees for internal-only positions. If you are a district employee using or creating a FastTrack profile, it is best to use a personal email address in your contact information, rather than your district email address. In the event of separation with the district, you may not have access to your district email account.
FastTrack Employee Access guide for internal applicants and substitutes
Beginning January 1, 2013, all new hires will need to have Washington State Patrol and FBI fingerprint clearance before they will be allowed to start work in their new position. This will only affect those hired from outside the district, who have not had fingerprints taken at an ESD (or OSPI) in Washington State in the last two years. PLEASE NOTE: this does not mean you will need to be fingerprinted in order to apply for positions. It simply means that there may be a delay between the date of hire, and the date work will start. This may be especially true during busier times for ESD's; such as the start of a new school year.
Information on fingerprinting services from Educational Service District (ESD) 112
If you have questions regarding the application procedure, please contact our Human Resources Department at the district office, 11104 N.E. 149th ST, Brush Prairie, WA, (one-half mile west of state Highway 503 on 149th Street) Phone: 360-885-5300.
