Parents are invited to preview the materials:

2.) Anytime in person in the middle & high school offices.
3.) By appointment at the District Office.
4.) On Tues., October 24, 2017 at Maple Grove K-8 from 5:00 to 6:30 PM in the library/media center.
Reminder: If you have opted out 1 or more children before, you don’t need to again. Your family will remain opted out unless you instruct us otherwise.
Attention 5th graders: Have you gotten your Tdap booster?
State law requires students in 6th through 12th grades to show proof that they have received the Tdap vaccination. Parents, make sure your child gets the Tdap vaccine before school starts!
It’s easy, just visit your doctor a local clinic to get your vaccination and bring the shot record or a signed and completed Tdap booster verification form to the school office.
The Tdap booster gives your child protection against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough). It is recommended that all kids get the booster at 11 or 12 years of age. More information about the vaccine is available on the Washington State Department of Health website.
