Parent / Guardians are encouraged to sign up for access at their student's school office (In Person, with Picture ID).

Skyward is your communication tool including grades, teacher and event updates, and meal account (food purchases, account payments, application and meal balances)

Request for Special Dietary Accommodations

   

     **Allergy & Food Substitution Forms MUST be completed EACH year**


USDA regulations specify that all food substitutions must be prescribed by your physician or medical authority for a Life Threatening medical reason.

Substitutions and/or accommodations can be made for students with life threatening allergies and/or life threatening disabilities.


No substitutions can be made to our menus without either the dietary request form or medical statement on file. No substitutions are allowed for non-life threatening reasons.


Field Trip Form 


Sack lunches are available to all students on field trips. Your teacher should provide a form for you, or you can print this one here. Please return it to your school office or teacher. We prefer to receive notices five days before the field trip. Students may use their meal account for payment.              


Unpaid Meal Charge Guideline


We have updated our unpaid meal charge guidelines to comply with the USDA and Local meal charge policies and recommendations. Please read the link above to familiarize yourself with these guidelines.

      Every student is given a meal account during registration within our district.
      When they purchase a meal, the student will enter their Unique PIN (5-digits). 
      Print a learning Meal Card to assist your student in learning their PIN.
