Graduation ceremonies will be here soon! Here are the latest details to know.

Schedule and location

Based on the current weather forecast, we have decided that Prairie and Battle Ground high schools’ ceremonies, as well as River HomeLink’s ceremony, will be held outside at District Stadium. While we had developed contingency plans to hold graduation indoors if needed, as of Monday, June 5, the forecast does not predict rain through the end of the week. Therefore, we are moving forward with holding these graduation ceremonies outside. If the weather changes, we will have umbrellas and ponchos available for the graduates.

Entering the venue

District Stadium will open for seating at 6 p.m. Tickets will not be required. (Note: An earlier message incorrectly stated that tickets would be required outside.)

We will reserve the primary field and stadium seating for family members of the graduating seniors. Students who are attending the ceremony as a friend of a graduate but are not a family member should look for the special student seating area.

Indoor seating will be available for anyone who prefers to sit inside.

Alternate viewing

All graduation ceremonies will be live streamed on the BGTV 27 YouTube channel. Prairie and River HomeLink’s graduations also will be broadcast on Comcast 28/328. Battle Ground’s graduation will be broadcast on Comcast 29.

Restricted items

For the best experience for all of graduates and attendees, please do not bring the following items to the ceremony:

• Artificial noisemakers, including air horns and megaphones
• Balloons
• Silly string
• Beach balls
• Food and beverages, except for water
• Large bags and backpacks
• Large coolers or other containers
• Firearms, knives, explosives and other weapons
• Large signs, flags, poles, banners and laser pointers
• Pets, except ADA-approved service animals

Parking/shuttle

Parking is free for all graduates and guests. Please see the map for available parking. A shuttle will circulate the parking area to transport guests to the stadium as requested.

Photos with graduates

Once the ceremony has ended and the graduates have thrown their caps, guests can meet their graduate for photos.

Вход на стадион

Занять места можно будет после открытия стадион школьного округа 18:00. Входные билеты не требуются (примечание: в ранне посланном сообщении неверно указывалось, что для посещения церемонии на улице потребуются билеты).

Возможность посетить церемонию будет у всех родственников и друзей выпускников, но мы просим, чтобы на поле и на стадионе садились только родственники двенадцатиклассников, получающих диплом. Учащиеся, посещающие церемонию как друзья выпускников, но не являющиеся родственниками, должны сесть в специально отведённой для них секции.

Места в помещении будут доступны для всех, кто предпочитает сидеть внутри.

Альтернативный просмотр

Все выпускные церемонии будут транслироваться в прямом эфире на YouTube-канале BGTV 27. Выпускные программы PHS и River HomeLink также будут транслироваться на Comcast 28/328. Выпускной вечер в BGHS будет транслироваться на Comcast 29.

Запрещённые предметы

Для того чтобы у всех выпускников и участников остались лучшие впечатления, пожалуйста, не приносите на церемонию следующие предметы:

• Искусственные шумовые устройства, в том числе воздушные рожки и мегафоны
• Воздушные шарики
• Спрей-серпантин
• Пляжные мячи
• Еда и напитки за исключением воды
• Большие сумки и рюкзаки
• Кулеры или другие контейнеры
• Огнестрельное оружие, ножи, взрывчатые вещества и другое оружие
• Большие вывески, флаги, шесты, транспаранты и лазерные указки
• Не приводите домашних животных, за исключением одобренных ADA служебных животных

Парковка/трансфер

Парковка бесплатная для всех выпускников и гостей. Пожалуйста, смотрите прилагаемую карту доступных парковок. По парковке будет курсировать шаттл, который доставит гостей на стадион по их запросу.

Фотографии с выпускниками

После того, как церемония закончится, и выпускники подбросят свои шапочки, гости смогут встретиться со своими выпускниками на поле или сфотографироваться.

Las ceremonias de graduación estarán aquí pronto! Aquí están los últimos detalles para saber.

Horario y lugar/ubicación

Según el pronóstico del tiempo actual, hemos decidido que las ceremonias de las escuelas preparatorias de Prairie y Battle Ground, así como la ceremonia de River HomeLink’s, se llevarán a cabo afuera en el Estadio del Distrito. Aunque habíamos desarrollado planes de contingencia para llevar a cabo la graduación en el interior si fuera necesario, a partir del lunes 5 de junio, el pronóstico no pronostica lluvia antes que finalice la semana. Por lo tanto, estamos avanzando con la celebración de estas ceremonias de graduación al aire libre. Si el clima cambia, tendremos sombrillas y ponchos disponibles para los graduados.

Entrando al lugar

El Estadio del Distrito se abrirá a las 6 p.m. No se requerirán boletos. (Nota: Un mensaje anterior decía incorrectamente que se requerirían los boletos afuera.)

Mientras anticipamos poder acomodar a los amigos y familiares de los graduados, hemos reservado el campo principal y los asientos del estadio para los familiares de los que se graduarán este año. Estacionamiento/autobús para transporte

El estacionamiento es gratis para los estudiantes graduados e invitados. Por favor consulte el mapa adjunto para ver el estacionamiento disponible. Un servicio de transporte circulará por el área del estacionamiento para transportar a los invitados al estadio según lo soliciten.

Fotografías con los graduados

Una vez que la ceremonia haya concluido y los graduados hayan arrojado sus gorras al aire, los invitados pueden encontrarse con su graduado en el campo para tomarse fotografías.
