Battle Ground Public Schools to host surplus sale Nov. 17

Battle Ground Public Schools is having a surplus inventory sale on Saturday, Nov. 17 at the Lewisville campus, 405 NE 5th Ave in Battle Ground. The public is welcome to attend.

The sale will be open 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the general public. Students are invited to purchase textbooks only from 10 to 11 a.m. All items are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, and all sales are final. The district will accept cash or cashier’s check only.

• Five vans, three trucks, and a trailer
• Projectors, printers, tube TVs, and other electronics
• Tables, carts, chairs, desks, and other office furniture
• 14 ovens, a Frymaster, and other kitchen equipment
• Textbooks, and much, much more

Vehicles will be sold by sealed bid, and bid forms and instructions will be available the day of the sale. Sealed bids are due by 2 p.m. the day of the sale, and no pre-sales or holds are allowed. Vehicles will be available for inspection prior to the sale on Friday, Nov. 9, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the district warehouse yard at 400 N Parkway in Battle Ground. Visitors must check in at the purchasing office prior to inspecting vehicles.
