The board will meet most months on the second and fourth Monday at 6 p.m. for their regular board meetings. Work sessions will be added as deemed necessary at the second meeting of the month. Please see the calendar below for the complete listing.

Public comments

At regular board meetings, the board welcomes comments from citizens during the citizen comment period and asks that those wishing to address the board observe the following process:

• Please sign in on the sign-in sheet located close to the entrance.
• Please follow the procedures for citizens’ comments by stating your name, limiting your time to three minutes and refraining from discussing confidential matters.

Board members do not normally respond to questions or petitions during citizens’ comments. They will listen and give direction to the administrative team if action is deemed necessary.

Individuals with disabilities who may need a modification to participate in a meeting should contact the superintendent’s office no later than three days before a regular meeting and as soon as possible in advance of a special meeting so that accommodations can be made.
