Class of 2021

Congratulations seniors! We are so excited to celebrate with you and honor your accomplishments in Battle Ground Public Schools. Earlier this spring, we surveyed seniors and their parents about their graduation preferences, and in response to the majority, we are holding traditional, in-person graduation ceremonies for each high school.

Thanks to our community, the district has been able to put levy dollars to work upgrading many of our facilities, including long-overdue improvements to District Stadium. A full replacement of seats on both the home and visitor sides of the stadium will be completed before the end of the school year and allow us to use that space to provide safe, outdoor, in-person graduation ceremonies.

Graduation Dates

All graduation ceremonies will be held outdoors at District Stadium, rain or shine, at 7 p.m. on

• Battle Ground High School – June 11
• CAM Academy – June 9
• Prairie High School – June 10
• River HomeLink – June 14
• Summit View High School – June 15

Graduation tickets

Due to the public health crisis and Washington Department of Health requirements for outdoor events, graduation capacity will be limited at District Stadium. Each BGHS and PHS graduate can invite four guests to their in-person ceremony. SVHS, CAM and RHL graduates can each invite eight guests.

• Each ticket/reservation will accommodate two guests (for example, 2 tickets = 4 seats). Seats are arranged in sets of 2.
• You can choose which section(s) your guests will sit in based on availability. Please note that all ADA reservations will be in the ADA Section. At the stadium, guests will go to their section and choose their seats on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to reserve your tickets using the link below:

• Click Get Tickets for your school.
• Click Thanks, Got it!
• Click the link Have a Passcode? Enter the senior’s school district Google account password (the password the student uses to login to their school Chromebook and/or school email account).
• Scroll down to see the reservation form and stadium map.
• In the By Location field, select the section you would like to sit in (ADA is at the bottom of the list).
• Select your quantity in the Qty field. (Each ticket/quantity = 2 seats.)
  • If four of your guests want to sit in the same section, select Quantity 2.
  • If 2 of your guests want to sit in another section, select Quantity 1.
• Click Find Tickets (the chosen section will turn green)
• If your guests desire to sit in different sections, repeat selections.
• When you have finished making your selections, click Check Out. (Verify your seat choices. If you need to make changes, click Release Tickets and start over).
• Please ensure your guest has the appropriate QR code (remember 1 QR code/ticket = 2 seats!) before they arrive at the stadium.

Registrants will receive an email with graduation information and a QR code for each ticket reservation. At the stadium, attendees can show the email with the QR codes on their mobile device, or they can bring a clean, crease-free printed copy of the email.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

All graduation attendees and participants must comply with requirements for in-person events as mandated by the Washington Department of Health:

• A mask that fully covers the nose and mouth must be worn at all times.
• Follow the physical distancing protocols as indicated at District Stadium.
• Chairs are spaced apart in groups of two to meet physical distancing requirements and may not be moved.
• Sections will be dismissed one at a time at the ceremony’s conclusion. For everyone’s health and safety, please help us maintain physical distancing requirements by not congregating and by taking photos off site. A professional photographer will take a photo of each graduate during the ceremony.
