Surplus Notifications
The following materials are available for sale, rent or lease to WA state public school districts or approved private schools, at depreciated cost or fair market value, whichever is greater provided that students wishing to purchase texts pursuant to RCW 28A.320.230(2) shall have priority as to such texts. The interested parties shall confirm by written notification their interest in such goods. These notifications are to be communicated by email to Warehouse Manager Darcy Spiekerman at spiekerman.darcy@battlegroundps.org. Such notifications must be received by BGSD no later than June 10, 2023. Battle Ground School District No. 119 reserves the right to select the proposal offering the greatest value to the district.
