Clark Public Utilities has informed us power should be restored this evening for the Daybreak campus. School will resume on the one-hour late start schedule for Wednesday, Dec. 4. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Daybreak campus is currently experiencing a partial power outage. Clark Public Utilities is on scene and working to correct the issue. Unfortunately, without a timeline for repair, we have made the decision to release students early at noon today, Dec. 3, 2024.
Parents of students who do not ride the bus can come to the school and pick them up following the usual procedure. Students who ride the bus must have a parent/guardian or approved emergency contact person waiting for them at their drop off location. Otherwise, they will be returned to the school building and an adult will be contacted to come pick them up.
All after-school activities on the Daybreak campus are canceled today.
At this point we do not know when power will be restored, but we will update you as soon as we know more. Thank you for your patience.
