Each year, Battle Ground Public Schools gathers feedback from different groups to better understand what’s working well and where we can grow. In 2025, the survey received responses from more than 1,400 students, 1,000 staff members and nearly 650 parents and guardians. We appreciate everyone who took time to share their thoughts with us.
Highlights

Opportunities for improvement

Staff expressed a desire to receive training that helps them meet the variety of student needs in their school, especially when it comes to students who are struggling and supporting social and emotional learning for all students. They also pointed to a need for greater communication with district leaders.
Parents and guardians indicated that they’d like more opportunities to be involved in school decision-making and receive more guidance when it comes to helping their child with their homework.
What’s next
District and school leaders will use this feedback to guide plans and improvements for the 2025–26 school year. We’re committed to listening, growing and building school communities where each and every student can succeed.
