What does pick up at Warehouse / Customer Pick Up mean?
There are two ways to get your order:
1. Warehouse = Delivered to your school
2. Customer Pick-up = Pickup here at the Print Shop located at the Lewisville Campus
Can you fold letters?
Yes. We can print and fold letters in bulk using our machine. Give us a call!
How do I order the new curriculum for my class?
We are working on instructions on how to order the new curriculum for your classes. Math curriculum ordering will be first, starting in late May, 2023. We will update this page as more information becomes available.
What should my username be?
Last name dot first name works for most users. Example smith.jane
Can you help me with my password?
Email or call the print shop and we will reset your password.
What are the prices for everything?

How long will it take to get my order and do you have a RUSH JOB option?
By default, all jobs are set to four business days for production time; anything before that is considered a rush job. However, most jobs are completed between one and two business days.
What is the maximum size for printing posters?
We can print posters up to 36″ wide from a roll of paper.

What is the maximum size for printing banners?
We can print banners up to 36″ wide, just like posters. The paper we print banners on is a standard paper, suitable for indoor use.

- 3 feet tall (36″) × 4 feet wide
- 3 feet tall (36″) × 5 feet wide
- 3 feet tall (36″) × 6 feet wide
- 3 feet tall (36″) × 7 feet wide
What is the maximum size for laminating?
The maximum size we can laminate is 36″ wide.
What are booklets?
Booklets are usually folded in half and can be stapled in the middle along the spine. The two common sizes for booklets are: 1) large size, when folded it measures 8-1/2″ x 11″ 2) small size, when folded it measures 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″.
These booklets are usually printed on both sides of the paper. You can also choose a different kind of paper for the cover and back for your booklet.
Can you make spiral-bound notebooks?
Yes! Spiral-bound notebooks are done by machine and cannot be too thick. The maximum number of pages for spiral-binding is_____.
How can I get my budget code to not error when I enter it?
You must include the spaces between the groups of numbers; no dots or dashes; be careful to not leave a trailing space on the end as it will not accept the number. Use this format: 1234 12 1234 123 1234
