Proposition 9: Know the facts about the replacement education and operations levy
Ballots for the April 22 election should arrive in mailboxes soon. Please contact the Clark County elections office if you have questions about your ballot. Proposition 9 is a replacement levy for education and operations. If approved, this levy would take the place of the education and operations levy that expires at the end of 2025. The levy would continue to provide programs, staff and materials for students that the state doesn't fully fund.
