Key dates

• First day of school for students in first through 12th grades: Aug. 30, 2023
  • Kindergartners have a staggered smart start that allows small groups of students to get acclimated to the school environment on the first days of school. Parents will receive a letter before the start of school about their child’s start date.
• First full day of school for kindergartners: Sept. 5, 2023
• Thanksgiving break: Nov. 22-24, 2023
• Winter break: Dec. 18, 2023-Jan. 1, 2024 (students return on Jan. 2, 2024)
• Spring break: April 1-5, 2024
• Last day of school: June 12, 2024 (may change due to weather-related closures)

All regular school board meetings are held virtually and at the Lewisville Campus in room C-26, 406 NW 5th Ave., Battle Ground, WA. Most months, meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays starting at 6 p.m. Special meetings and work sessions may be held at different times.
