The regular meeting began at 6 p.m. and included:

• Agenda approval

• Student voice from Maple Grove Primary, Battle Ground High School and River HomeLink

  • Elizabeth McAleer from Battle Ground High School recited the poem “All Thirst Quenched” by Lois Red Elk. McAleer recently took home the top prize in the school’s Poetry Out Loud competition and will compete at the regional level on Saturday, Jan. 27.

  • New course code for an intensive math class

  • New course code for an English class
