Special meeting/work session

The special meeting/work session began at 4:15 p.m. with an overview of the 2025-26 budget.

Regular meeting

The regular meeting began at 6 p.m. and included:

• Agenda approval

• Student, committee and board director reports

• Superintendent and staff updates

• Citizens’ comments

• Approval of the consent agenda

• Old business: The board voted to pause a vote on the second reading/approval of the Wayfinder curriculum for high school social and emotional learning until its meeting on Sept. 22, 2025.

• New business: The board voted unanimously to approve the following:

  • Revised policy 3245 regarding students and telecommunication devices

  • Resolution I-25 authorizing a financing contract to make lighting and HVAC upgrades

• Future agenda items and board events
