Battle Ground Public Schools will offer students from each of our high schools the opportunity to take the American College Testing (ACT w/ Writing) in person this spring. Here is information about the test:

• Date: Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024. Registration is open now. Deadline to register: Friday, Jan. 5, 2024.
• Who can test: Battle Ground Public Schools students only, in grades 10-12
• Arrival time: 7:40 a.m.
• Start time: 8 a.m.
• End time: 1:30 p.m. (approximate)
• Place: Battle Ground High School east gym
• Cost:
  • ACT: $68
  • ACT with Writing: $93

How to register

• You will pay for the ACT when you register on the ACT website:
  • Go to: ACT.org/register.
  • Select “Register for the ACT” (blue box).
  • If you have never registered for the ACT before, select the “Create MyACT account” box.
  • Create your account.
  • District testing code is 255010 (you will need to enter this number).

An email with final instructions will be sent out a couple days prior to the test date.

Additional information

• Space will be limited to the first 50 students registered.
• Accommodations: This particular test day will not provide for accommodations.
• Reminder: Parents and guardians, please make sure your contact information is updated through Family Access in Skyward. This is how we will communicate all test information to you.

Las Escuelas Públicas de Battle Ground ofrecerán a los estudiantes de cada una de nuestras escuelas preparatorias la oportunidad de tomar el Examen Universitario Americano (ACT con Escritura) en persona esta primavera. Aquí hay información sobre el examen:

• Fecha: Sábado, 10 de febrero de 2024. La inscripción ya está abierta. Fecha límite para la inscripción: Viernes, 5 de enero de 2024.
• Quien puede tomar el examen: Únicamente los estudiantes de las Escuelas Públicas de Battle Ground, en los grados del 10 al 12
• Hora de llegada: 7:40 a.m.
• Hora de inicio: 8 a.m.
• Hora de finalización: 1:30 p.m. (aproximadamente)
